The most spontaneous post ever! I was just trying on clothes in this messy room which I will recreate for me and my sister and finally a walk in closet will also be there you will get a post when everything is done. But I like this outfit a lot and I only have these jeans left which fit me perfectly haha.

Lets just face it, you are not gonna lose your extra fat over night. It took me a whole year and maybe 2 months to lose 10 kg. I mean if you just want to lose 1-2 kg that can go pretty fast but over 5 kg you have to earn that. I have tried many diets and nothing worked because I love to eat haha. It took me even a year to figure out how, when and what to eat. But now it has become a daily routine. Let me just tell you how I started.
I began to run 2 years ago and started with 2-3 km but I couldn't let go of unhealthy food, after a year of running and pretty much no results I realized it was time for a change, a big change.
Last winter I began to eat a lot of vegetables, luckily I love them.After 8-9 pm no food was allowed, that was pretty hard at the beginning and I didn't cared so much about that which I should maybe I would have lost more weight before summer.
I'm being honest with you right now and I can tell you that I literally never used to drink water, maybe like once a day when nothing else was around so I started to buy me loads of water bottles and water became my best friend. You really need to get rid of that soda, its destroys you. Sometimes its ok but please be careful or if you want juice or something rather eat fruits it gives you vitamins and fiber which got lost in the process of making the juice or how else should I explain that, idk lolt. And fiber helps you to burn carbohydrates. Which I hate, I'm afraid of them haha.
I started running more than at the beginning, I was obsessed, I ran in the morning and night 3-4 km. And I started to do different exercises.
Summer 2012 I think I lost about 5 kg, which wasn't enough for me, so besides fun, friends, pool, night life, I started running when the temperature was the highest. I love running, I found out that it is exactly the sport I love. And its the best sport for losing weight. So honestly I hate exercising idk why its terrible lol.
So after September 2012 I thought I reached my goal but I changed my eating habits totally. I was like really careful what I eat. Of course I would go to Mc Donalds sometimes haha but other days I would be really careful. I ran almost 5 km, even a few times when it was snowing, took the stairs to the 9th floor, started doing squats (a girls best friend) and I started swimming which really changed my body.
One month of intensive swimming and healthy eating can make you lose up to 5 kg.
So now May 2013 I'm here with 54 kg which I'm very proud of and I don't want to go back there. Don't be afraid that you will if you lose weight because when you realize how much you lost you will start working out more and more. Well that's how I feel.
I'm running 5 km now , swimming and today I'm starting the 30 days squat challenge. If you wanna see more of my progress just comment :)
Because lets face it , we all want to be skinny. I never wore tight clothes and now I can wear jeans size 34 (before I used to wear 38-40), that's the best part, I feel comfortable in anything.
But work hard for it, don't quit and you will get there!
